DONATELLO GENIUS ~ GEEK ~ LONER ~ 19 Donatello is more interested in working out a troublesome computer program than fighting ninjas or robot mousers or whatever. Of all the turtles, he rebels the most strongly against killing. In a strange way, he is a pacifist ninja, and while his skills with the staff are highly honed, he would prefer not to use them with a living opponent. Donatello gets off on gadgets and technology and many times he will sneak out at night and, using his ninja skills of silence and stealth, rummage through the dumpsters of electronics firms, gathering cast-off parts with which to construct his various devices. Although he lacks formal training, he is a natural inventive genius. Donatello cares a great deal for his brother turtles, but is the least clannish of them. He lives most of the time within his own head, thinking and dreaming of new things to build.

LEONARDO LEADER ~ LOYAL ~ LOST ~ 20 In the absence of Splinter, Leonardo is the leader of the turtles. He is a "take-charge" kind of guy who can size up a situation quickly. He excels at making plans that are complicated yet cleanly constructed, and almost always work. He is also a perfectionist. He performs his tasks with an efficiency that any man or turtle would be proud of, but there are times that he sees it as a source of shame and a "loss of face." He is always trying to live up to the ideal of his mentor, Splinter. Unfortunately, he has never really absorbed one of Splinter's most important teachings: that it is honorable to strive for perfection, but all right to occasionally fail to reach that goal. Leonardo also feels this loss of face when the other turtles do something wrong. He feels responsible for them and their actions. He is a voracious reader, and has a very good memory.

MICHELANGELO SPIRITED ~ SILLY ~ LAYERED ~ 18 Michelangelo is the fun-loving turtle. He lives to enjoy life. He tends to hang out with Raphael rather than Leonardo or Donatello because they're too serious for him. He has a gentle, though mischievous nature and is not above playing practical jokes. He reads comic books and science fiction and likes to sneak into movie theaters. In short, he enjoys practicing his ninja skills, but also enjoys just fooling around. Michelangelo also likes to cook and it is he who prepares most of the turtles' meals. In many ways he is a hedonist and a sensualist, appreciative of pleasures of the flesh. Michelangelo also likes rough and tumble stuff and gets into a good fight almost as much as Raphael. He enjoys sparring, and he and Raphael do a lot of this. He doesn't work as hard at the art of ninjitsu as any of the others, but his naturally high physical prowess more than makes up for his lack of discipline.

RAPHAEL ANGRY ~ ATTENTIVE ~ ALONE ~ 19 Raphael has a lot of issues that make him the "crazy" man of the group. He has problems being controlled and can't even control himself. When agitated, he has a high chance of going into a rage. It takes time for him to recover. He's fine most of the time, but when he gets into a bad rage, watch out! This makes him an awesome fighter, but also a little hard to live with. He doesn't like this side of himself, but he can't yet control it. It is like a demon inside him, barely kept in check. A large part of why Raphael hasn't yet killed himself, or any of the other turtles is due to his friendship with Michelangelo. It is Michelangelo's great love of life and fun that acts as a balance for Raphael's anger and depression. He wants to make himself a better person. As a fighter, Raphael is neither the most skillful or the most talented, but he is the most deadly because of his raw energy.

MASTER SPLINTER PATIENT ~ PROTECTIVE ~ PROUD ~ 60+ Splinter is wise, intelligent and a skilled martial arts teacher. He is nearly always calm and, even when angry, refrains from raising his voice. He seems to be an example of the cliched calm, all-knowing wise master of all martial arts; he may have even helped to create that image. He cares for his adopted sons with fierce devotion. Anyone who tries to harm them severely is nothing more than a threat in Splinter's eyes. However, regardless of his love, he can be fairly militant to his sons, especially when they were very young and inexperienced, but nowadays he isn't like that. Splinter's main fear is that he and his family will one day be exposed to the outside world for what they are, and is understandably protective. He is not above disciplining the turtles whenever they become disobedient or unruly.

APRIL O'NEIL CURIOUS ~ CARING ~ CAPABLE ~ 29 April O'Neil is a spunky television reporter for Channel 3, not afraid to ask the hard hitting questions and to delve into the dark and gritty city to get her story. April was reporting on a series of thefts when she came under attack by a gang of punks. As it happens, the Ninja Turtles were nearby and soundly defeated the punks for her. They took her back to their sewer lair for rest and recovery where they explained their origins to her. At first, she believed them to be responsible for the thefts, but they agreed to provide her with the true culprits if she provided her assistance. April quickly became the Turtles' link to the outside world. She has become a pseudo mother to the turtles, providing them with whatever supplies she can while they supply her with stories to report on. Suggested PB: Kate Mara

CASEY JONES AGGRESSIVE ~ ANGRY ~ ATHLETIC ~ 29 Growing up, Casey's neighbourhood was overrun by criminals. Tired of the thugs, he started an intense weight training regimen and purchased a few books on martial arts to help combat the "bad guys." He met the turtles when he ran into a gang of youths attempting to beat up Raphael. The two clashed but eventually helped each other to take down a group of Purple Dragon gang members. Ever since, Casey has been a close friend. Casey is a tough and dangerous fighter in excellent physical condition, acrobatic and very agile for a man of his age. He likes to use various sporting goods, such as baseball bats, golf clubs, and cricket bats, and he carries a selection in a golf quiver. He is not too intelligent, but he knows some things from being a vigilante for a long time. Suggested PB: Taylor Kitsch

OROKU SAKI CUNNING ~ CALCULATING ~ CAUGHT ~ 40+ Oroku Saki is the younger brother of Oroku Nagi. Nagi competed with Hamato Yoshi (the owner of Splinter, the Turtles' mentor) for the love of a woman named Tang Shen. Shen loved only Yoshi, and a feud erupted between Yoshi and Nagi, which led to Yoshi killing Nagi and fleeing from Japan to New York City with Shen. The younger Saki joined the Foot Clan and trained to be a ninja. Over time, he rose in the ranks of the foot Clan and was eventually put in charge of the Clan's American branch. This allowed him to finally move to New York to avenge his brother's death by killing Yoshi and Shen; however, Yoshi's pet rat Splinter escaped and later mutated into an anthropomorphic form, and spent years training the four Ninja Turtles to avenge Yoshi.

TATSU LOYAL ~ LARGE ~ LETHAL ~ 40+ Tatsu is seen as Shredder's second-in-command and personally oversees the entire youth center for the recruitment of Foot soldiers, while his master is away attending to other matters. He is shown to have a short temper, often physically abusing and punishing the Foot clan for failure. Tatsu is loyal to a fault to Saki, though he's disappointed to see him as a shadow of his former self and will do anything to get the Foot back to its former glory. Suggested PB: Toshishiro Obata

BAXTER STOCKMAN GENIUS ~ GREEDY ~ GUARDED ~ 30+ Baxter Stockman is a brilliant scientist that used his talents for his own selfish nefarious schemes rather than to help mankind. Charming to the public eye, in reality he is cold and manipulative, studying the mutant gene in an attempt to unlock the key and sell his findings to the highest bidder. Suggested PB: Jeff Goldblum

JOHN BISHOP* CRUEL ~ CALCULATING ~ CUNNING ~ 30+ Cunning, cruel and manipulative, there is precious little that Bishop will not do to obtain what he wants. Suggested PB: Hugo Weaving

HUNTER MASON* LOYAL ~ LARGE ~ LETHAL~ 40+ Hun is a large, hulking bully, powerful but skilled in martial arts. He is the leader of the Purple Dragons street gang and The Shredder's right hand man. Due to his working with The Shredder, he also works with the Foot Clan. Although he despises all four turtles he has developed an intense rivalry with Michelangelo (unknowingly), as well as Casey Jones. Suggested PB: Dolph Lundgren or Dolph Ziggler

KARAI* DANGEROUS ~ DEVIOUS ~ DISTRUSTFUL~ 25 Karai is a member and leader of the Foot Clan Japanese branch. She has proven to have been both an asset and a liability to the TMNT, making her an extremely chaotic character. Suggested PB: Zhang Ziyi
